What is Hypnotherapy about? 

 

Hypnosis is actually a state of trance, similar to sleep. Experiencing Hypnotherapy for the first time is enjoyable and relaxing. Brain scans show that during Hypnosis your brain waves assume a state which is similar to just prior to sleep, being the alpha state. In this state the mind is very open to visualising and creating potentials and possibilities. The unconscious mind can reform, rewire and re energise new patterns of behaviour.

 

Will Hypnotherapy work for me? 

 

Yes, absolutely!! There is significant research and evidence to prove that Hypnosis is a powerful tool for self improvement as it works to elicit long lasting change. The power of visualisation alone has many benefits and is shown to change neural connections in the brain.

 

Hypnotherapy works by empowering you to change and update subconscious negative belief patterns. You can reframe and update old beliefs and replace them with new, positive and more helpful thought patterns and beliefs.

 

How will I feel during the session?

 

You will enjoy the experience of a heightened sense of relaxing your mind and your body. During the session, as you experience this highly relaxed mental state, where you will bypass your critical/thinking mind, you become more susceptible to suggestion, hence, during the session, we will be able to override any negative automatic thoughts, and update this thinking with new and more positive suggestions.

 

Through a guided visualisation which allows you to become deeply relaxed, you break through your own limiting self beliefs. The Hypnosis sessions will free you from restrictions, overcome addictions, free you from anxiety and stress and increase awareness of patterns of behaviour, which will assist you to unlock your true potential and empower your life.
